Need to reschedule your booking? No problem! Please contact your assigned Repair Hero to arrange a new date or time. You can even change the location of your repair, as long as the new repair address is in our service coverage area. You can find your Repair Hero’s contact details at the bottom of the confirmation e-mail we sent you. If you are having trouble locating these details, please contact us, and we will assist you with rescheduling the repair.

Please note that bookings can only be rescheduled as long as we are notified more than 60 minutes prior to your agreed appointment time, otherwise a fee will apply. Please see our booking terms and conditions for more information.
