Why are customer reviews so important to us? Customer feedback helps us to continuously look for new ways to improve our products and services, and of course allows us to measure our customer’s satisfaction with the service we deliver.
Previously relying on Google reviews, in 2019 fix2U began working with productreview.com.au, Australia’s leading online review website, to collect trusted reviews from our customers. Just two years later, fix2U have today received our 1,000th review from our customer Lynda, in Melbourne.
