In most cases the answer is a resounding yes! Over 85% of our repairs are completed on the same day we receive your booking, so if you’d like your mobile phone repair or iPad repair done same-day, we will do our level best to make this happen.
If your booking is received late in the day, we may not always be able to reach you same-day.
If your repair is urgent, and your allocated Repair Hero is not able to schedule your repair same-day, you can ask your Repair Hero or our Customer Service team to see if there is an alternative repairer in your area that can reach you sooner.
With fix2U, we’ll travel to you and fix your phone or tablet on the spot. Our mobile phone repairs normally take 30 minutes or less, but depending on the mobile phone model and the extent of damage, some repairs might take 45 minutes while others take just 15 minutes. iPad Repairs may take up to one hour depending on the extent of damage. fix2U use the highest quality parts available on the market for all our repairs, and offer a market-beating 5 Year Guarantee on our repairs.
Payment is made after your repair is completed via credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) or cash. For card payments, payment is made directly to the Repair Hero via a safe and secure card reader. Not anymore! Following the landmark ACCC v Apple court case which settled in June 2018, the “rules” have changed. If you replace the screen on your iPad or your iPhone, your Apple warranty will not be affected. Other repairs, including battery replacements, housing replacements, and charge port replacements may however impact your warranty. Find out more here.
Data loss during the repair process is an extremely rare event, but nevertheless we suggest making a backup to safe guard against any potential data loss event.
fix2U therefore recommends that you take steps to ensure that a full and complete backup of your device is made prior to your repair booking.

Once we receive your repair booking, your allocated Repair Hero will call you to arrange a convenient date and time for your repair.

fix2U is Australia’s only nationwide phone and tablet repair service that comes to you and completes your repair on the spot. Our phone repair service operates in over 10 locations across NSW, SA, WA, VIC and QLD.
To check we service your area, simply start a booking and enter your postcode. If you are not in our service area our booking form will indicate this, and ask if you would like to take advantage of our Express Mail In Service to get your device repaired instead.

Our booking form is designed for booking single devices only. If you have multiple devices to repair you can either (a) book a single device via our booking form, and then discuss the other devices with your assigned Repair Hero when they call, (b) you can submit multiple bookings or (c) you can contact us via live chat or via telephone and we can assist you with your booking. Our friendly customer service team are on hand 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm (AEST) to assist you.

Need to reschedule your booking? No problem! Please contact your assigned Repair Hero to arrange a new date or time. You can even change the location of your repair, as long as the new repair address is in our service coverage area. You can find your Repair Hero’s contact details at the bottom of the confirmation e-mail we sent you. If you are having trouble locating these details, please contact us, and we will assist you with rescheduling the repair.
Please note that bookings can only be rescheduled as long as we are notified more than 60 minutes prior to your agreed appointment time, otherwise a fee will apply. Please see our booking terms and conditions for more information.
Need to cancel your booking? Please contact your assigned Repair Hero to let them know you no longer wish to go ahead with the repair. You can find your Repair Hero’s contact details at the bottom of the confirmation e-mail we sent you. For some models of iPhone, iPad and Samsung Galaxy, you will be given two different options when booking – either “Broken Screen” or “Broken Screen & LCD”.
Broken Screen
- Select this option if your screen display is not damaged and the touch function is still working fine. In other words, only the glass layer of the screen has been cracked or damaged.
Broken Screen & LCD
- Select this option if your screen display shows vertical lines, marks, inky spots, colour issues or is completely black. If the touch function of your screen is also not working correctly, you should also select this option.
