In most cases the answer is a resounding yes! Over 85% of our repairs are completed on the same day we receive your booking, so if you’d like your mobile phone repair or iPad repair done same-day, we will do our level best to make this happen.

If your booking is received late in the day, we may not always be able to reach you same-day.

If your repair is urgent, and your allocated Repair Hero is not able to schedule your repair same-day, you can ask your Repair Hero or our Customer Service team to see if there is an alternative repairer in your area that can reach you sooner. 

With fix2U, we’ll travel to you and fix your phone or tablet on the spot. Not anymore! Following the landmark ACCC v Apple court case which settled in June 2018, the “rules” have changed. If you replace the screen on your iPad or your iPhone, your Apple warranty will not be affected.
