For some models of iPhone, iPad and Samsung Galaxy, you will be given two different options when booking – either ‘Broken Screen’ or ‘Broken Screen & LCD’.

Broken Screen

  • Select this option if your screen’s display isn’t damaged and the touch function is still working. In other words only the glass layer of the screen has been cracked or damaged.

Broken Screen & LCD

  • Select this option if your screen display shows vertical lines, marks, inky spots, colour issues, flashes on and off, or is completely black. If the touch function of your screen is also not working correctly you should also select this option.

Making a claim on your insurance is a hassle, so make your life a little easier by booking a convenient at-home device assessment from fix2U. After we’ve assessed your device and discussed our findings with you, we’ll send you an insurance report via e-mail that you can pass to your insurer. Need to cancel your Express Repair booking? Please contact us by calling 1300 163 090, use the Live Chat function on our website between 9am and 6pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, or reply to the original email confirming your booking.

If you need to cancel your Standard Repair booking, please contact your assigned Repair Hero to let them know you no longer wish to go ahead with the repair. You can find your Repair Hero’s contact details at the bottom of the confirmation email we sent you. If you are having trouble locating these details, please contact us, and we will assist you with cancelling the repair.

Please note that bookings can only be cancelled as long as we are notified more than 60 minutes prior to your agreed appointment time, otherwise a fee will apply. Please see our booking terms and conditions for more information.

Need to reschedule your booking? No problem! Please contact your assigned Repair Hero to arrange a new date or time. You can even change the location of your repair, as long as the new repair address is in our service coverage area. You can find your Repair Hero’s contact details at the bottom of the confirmation e-mail we sent you. If you are having trouble locating these details, please contact us, and we will assist you with rescheduling the repair.

Our booking form is designed for booking single devices only. If you have multiple devices needing repair you can either; (a) book a single device via our booking form, then discuss the other devices with your assigned Repair Hero when they call; (b) you can submit multiple bookings, or; (c) you can contact us via live chat or telephone and we can assist you with your booking. Our customer service team is available from 9am to 6pm (AEST) weekdays and 12pm to 6pm weekends.
