For some models of iPhone, iPad and Samsung Galaxy, you will be given two different options when booking – either ‘Broken Screen’ or ‘Broken Screen & LCD’.
Broken Screen
- Select this option if your screen’s display isn’t damaged and the touch function is still working. In other words only the glass layer of the screen has been cracked or damaged.
Broken Screen & LCD
- Select this option if your screen display shows vertical lines, marks, inky spots, colour issues, flashes on and off, or is completely black. If the touch function of your screen is also not working correctly you should also select this option.
