How It Works

1. Book Your Repair
Book your repair using our Online Booking Form. Your assigned technician will then call you to confirm your repair details, including if you would like a Zero Contact Repair.

2. Leave your device in a safe place
Leave your device in a safe location such as a letterbox or on the porch for your technician to collect. You can agree the best location when your repairer contacts you to schedule the repair.

3. Device repaired and returned
Your technician will repair your device in their vehicle wearing appropriate PPE. Once repaired, your device will be returned to where it was collected, and then the technician will contact you to obtain payment.
How to prepare for a Zero Contact Repair
-
If you or anyone at the requested repair address is not feeling well, or has been suspected of being exposed to COVID-19, please inform your repairer of this fact when they call to confirm the date and time of your booking so that any additional precautions can be discussed and arranged as required.
-
Please clean your device before your repairer arrives on-site. Simply use a damp cloth and soapy water to wipe all sides of your device – avoid submerging your device in water and wiping any openings on your device.
